Excellent day of golf. Course is well maintained and scenary is beautiful.
My friend and I had a most enjoyable day. The course is well maintained with mature trees and rolling hills. There are opportunities to just go for it and lower your score or you can choose to play it safe. The staff were quite friendly and the pace of play was good once we teamed up with a single golfer playing just ahead of us. I bought their coupon booklet for $60 which gives you 3 free green fees plus some 2 for 1 coupons and reduced green fees.

Course is in great condition, greens were a little slow but in great condition unlike some of the courses around the area. There par 5' give you a chance to score low, and some of there par 4's are a great challenge. Staff was great and friendly! We showed up early and they had no problem letting us play ahead of our original tee time. Pace of play was fast and smooth, which was surprisingly due to the fact every other time I play here it's knowen for the slow play.
Scenic
Challenging with narrow fairways. Lovely and very scenic.
greens need cutting - making them much too slow
We played with a couple who visit the area and play Oaks of Cobden every year. They said that they had never seen it in such bad shape.
Also, the tee offs were too close together, therefore, causing a lot of waiting for the groups ahead.
But, for us, the Golfnow price was excellent - so, overall, we couldn't complain - though we don't plan to return.
This course has a great view and good features
I like the course very much and enjoyed play in there.
nice conditions, 2 unfair holes
The conditions were great besides one hole (can't remember which) where the green was pretty rough. Very tree lined but besides the 2 holes where landing in the middle of the fairway still often results in going into them (the aforementioned unfair 11th and 15th), it just adds to the atmosphere and isn't really a danger. Overall the course is very nice, but there really aren't any holes that stick out as interesting. Very straightforward but a fun round.
