Cultus Lake Golf Club
About
Carved from dense forests of large fir and cedar trees, Cultus Lake Golf Club boasts a lush parkland setting. Initially created as a driving range in 1990, Cultus Lake became a nine-hole course and eventually, due to its growing popularity, expanded to its present 18-hole layout. The executive length course features narrow fairways lined with mature trees and undulating greens, many of which are protected by strategically placed bunkers. There are also water hazards that come into play on a few holes. At just under 4,000 yards the length makes Cultus Lake Golf Club accessible to beginners but it has enough challenges to entertain more advanced golfers. In addition to the golf course, there are extensive practice facilities including a 100-yard practice hole with a sand bunker, two putting greens, and a covered driving range available with numerous targets.

What a fun little golf course
On a typical hot, humid August day, I played a twilight round by myself. It was quiet on the course so pace was all up to me. One of the best features of Cultus Lake G.C. is the shade! It is a pretty setting and well worth the drive to play some golf.
Rates are decent and you'll get the opportunity to use all the clubs in your bag. Not an intimidating place to play, but not excessively easy either.
Recommended for all levels of golfer - except long drivers LOL
Very nice Executive course
Our tee time was behind a tournament, so the marshal moved us around the course so we didn't have to wait at any hole. What great service! Greens in excellent condition. Great food in the restaurant.
Great for your short game
The course is beautiful nestled between the mountains by the lake. The course is well kept with great driving range and putting practice. Excellent restaurant as well. A great course for all but well suited for novice to intermediate golfs. I will go back.
Fun course. Great deal. Nice club house.
Great deal. Very hospitable. Good food. Very nice layout especially for walking and for seniors.
course is well laid out
This course is very well laid out, each hole leads into the next, which gives a good flow to the game. It is also very well maintained. It is an easy course to walk as it has no major hills, obstacles to get through or past or long distances between holes.
great golf time
was thrilled I shot a eagle on # 10 par 4, cupped a 45 ft. chip
This course has lots water and nerrow fairways
This course has lots water and nerrow fairways.
It is a nice short course.
Pleasant Game
It was great to meet some folks I had not met before as my friend and I joined another 2-some. It was very slow at the beginning due to some kind of summer school for younger folks. Once they left the course, we moved along just fine.
put away the driver
tree lined course means accuracy trumps distance. the holes aren't overly long anyways, except for a few par 3s. with the stifling heat always walked on the shady side of the fairways
Best All Round in Chilliwack
Even with Par being 63, CLGC has everything you need in Beautiful BC style. The best covered, heated driving range around, cozy club house with great food, friendly staff and of course a well maintained Golf Course. The price is very hard to beat and this family owed and operated business is a perfect place to not only get your practice in, but tournaments and even Christmas parties. I've Golfed around the world and played some of the most impressive properties. The feel you get at CLGC is a welcoming, clean and classy vibe that stays with you. Priced right, it's hard to beat. Patio drinks in the summer and coffee by the fire place in winter. Its just a great place to be. Keep up the great job Jeff and Staff!
Golf Now
They sure we're unhappy with the rate we were paying and said they were cancelling.with Golf Now. Made us feel quite uncomfortable and unwelcome. Probably won't go back
A good test!
Gotta hit it straight! Narrow fairways, and lots of trees/trouble. Good test for your irons.
A challenging course
Thoroughly enjoyed the experience of booking with GolfNow and will certainly use if for all future rounds!
Excellent
Excellent golf course. Perfect for working on your short game.
fun and challenging
I had a blast playing this course. I found the holes required more strategy than strength. the bunkers protected the greens nicely, making you shoot with exact distance. the greens themselves were very smooth and fast.
Nice course, easy walk, easy to score
It's a nice course, but gets backed up far to easily. (Played a 4 hour round, which is about 45 min too long for this course.) Not sure if this is due to too many hacks looking too long for balls or just tooany par 3s and reachable par 4s. A nice walk but tee boxes and greens need some work.
We have been playing this course for many years
enjoy playing golf here, beautiful setting, greens and fairways are good, some tricky holes
a little gem
A beautiful setting, great conditions, and a wonderful staff made the afternoon a very nice experience. This little gem of a course was perfect for the girlfriend and myself to enjoy ourselves and then head over to the lake for a swim afterwards. Perfect
Poor grounds crew
Overall the course played well, although we had the grounds crew literally moving pin locations on the green while we were playing the hole. I had a 20ft birdie put on 16 and while we were walking to the hole, the grounds crew moved the pin, turning my 20ft putt to 50ft. I asked the 2 guys to wait but they just laughed and filled in the old hole and left. This happened on hole 14 as well. As well the back 9 we were followed on every tee box with a air blower. Made our quiet 730 am tee time a bit annoying. With so many local courses to choose from I probably won't be back for a few seasons unless I get a 2 for 1 coupon.
Fabulous round of golf
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our round at this course. Beautiful surroundings, friendly staff and reasonably priced thanks to GolfNow. We are already planning our next outing.
