Harvest Golf Club gives new meaning to multitasking. This golf course in the Okanagan region of British Columbia (about a five-hour drive from Vancouver) weaves through fruit orchards and wine vineyards. Golfers are encouraged to pick Fuji apples and Pinot Noir grapes as you navigate doglegs.
The experience is unique and the day is relaxed. Harvest is fairly wide open, with those low-lying fruit trees the only real obstacles on the golf course. It's bombs away with your driver and plenty of fun for all. The staff seems obsessed with pleasing; the sweeping views of Lake Okanagan, the town of Kelowna and the mountains in the background are liable to impress golfers even more.
