Average Course
Average course. Front 9 is wide open with not a lot of hazzards. Back 9 is a little tighter off the tee. Greens were in good shape. Fairways were nicely cut some patchy spots but not terrible. Tee boxes were fine, green and mostly leveled. They could fix the bunkers up. There isn't a lot of them but they look like they have never been worked on. There isn't any signature holes or any holes that will wow you. Just an average course that I'd play again and would recommend. All the staff I dealt with were very outgoing and friendly. The food was great after the round and beer was cold. Food and golf were reasonably priced!

Greens Need Work
Has potential to be a nice course but for the price I expected green greens! Most of them were burnt. Course was challenging and layed out well. Maybe try later on in the season to see if greens have improved
Poor
We’ve golfed at Falcon Ridge before and realize it’s just an average course, but yesterday’s round showed me that they’ve dropped to a much lower level of golf course.
The greens were atrocious and were like early spring conditions. They might as well be temporary greens, they were that bad.
Golf Now and Falcon Ridge should be advertising these conditions as an advisory instead of charging golfers these fees to find out for themselves during the round.
Poor
Great day
Some greens were rough, but overall course was in decent shape. Good for the price.
Pretty golf course.
Terrible greens
Greens are in terrible shape, damned near non puttable for most of them. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating and the course layout is amazingly challenging, the level of difficulty was off the chart but I will go back even with greens that are horrible.
Great day
Greens were a bit sketchy on a few holes. Course was quite lovely and well kept otherwise. A good deal for 18 holes. Will be back!
Nice course, greens bad.
Overall good value with good discounts ow, do not play. Much better greens elsewhere for equivalent money.
Back 9 is very tight.
Greens??? What greens????
Course in decent shape and the level of difficulty varies greatly from holes to holes. However, the greens are in horrible conditions and no efforts invested to improve. Staff at all level were extremely courteous and helpful. I however enjoyed my day, despite the fact that the greens were in horrendous conditions
Needs Work!
It was our first time playing here this year and we were very surprised and disappointed with the poor conditions.
It is understood that Eastern Ontario had very severe weather this past winter and spring, but this course certainly hasn’t recovered or done the required work to bring the course back up to par.
In past years we have enjoyed playing here several times throughout the season, but we won’t be back this year.
Hopefully things will be better next year.
Greens are in terrible shape
It was a tough winter for Ottawa greens but there isn’t any excuse for being nearly August and still in bad shape. Tee boxes were also fairly chunked up and usual things like ball washers and benches were few and far between. Very nice clubhouse.
Terrible greens
On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate the greens a weak 2 as there were very few putts longer than three feet without unavoidable damage, winter kill or crab grass. Good layout with varying levels of difficulty. It would have been enjoyable if there were greens to putt. It was so bad that we played 2? Putts max. Just too bad, course has so much potential
Meh
Overpriced to start considering the course still has a false green and most of the greens are still pretty bad. Putting is no fun.
The beverage cart person drove by us while we were hitting on their phone talking to a friend about when they would be off work.
The pace of play was brutal. The Marshall was nice but not doing their job. We had to wait behind 3 different groups and people would throw their arms up when we waved at them to pass.
Meh
The course pace was awful, the marshall was nice but wasn't really doing their job. We got stuck behind 3 separate groups and each group was "upset" they were being passed.
Cart person asked drove by us mid swing and on the phone with a friend asking when they got off work which was honestly pretty bad.
Ok
Basic course, Fairways are in good condition, but multiple greens there is virtually no point in putting because of their condition.
If you are an entry-level golfer, this is a good course, if you are in advanced player, then probably not the best course to play.
So so
Paid $30 with cart it’s worth that
That’s about it.
Greens rough.
