Twin Willows Golf Club
About
Twin Willows Golf Club gets its name from the two original trees that have been with the club since its beginning as a nine-hole course in 1964. The classic original layout was later joined by a more open, Scottish-links style layout. Overall the course is player friendly enough for beginners, but more advanced players will still get a challenge from the back tees, especially on the back nine. The 12th is a tough par 3 that plays entirely over water and the 14th is another notable hole. It's the longest par 4 on the golf course and it can feel even longer since it often plays into the prevailing wind. There are 45 bunkers strategically placed throughout and there are also eight water hazards that come into play. The distinct front and back nines give you the feeling of playing two golf courses in one and there is also plenty of variety among the holes.

Good short course
The course was in good condition overall. A few of the greens were spotty but they ran true. A good experience for a mid to high handicapper, I am an 18, and I enjoyed the course. Even with the 13km head winds at times the course provides many opportunities for birdies and an aggressive player can reach the par 5 holes in 2.
Great course loved how different the front and back nines were.
Not good
Pace of play was brutally slow. No Marshall on course to alleviate condition. Started on back nine and it was backed up within minutes. Men's league goes Monday during day which I was not aware of as nothing was said. Better value for the money in Edmonton area. Won't be back.
An easy walking course
This course is in a decent condition, the holes are adjacent, walking is very reasonable.
Awesome
Excellent golf course with at least 5 birdie chances if you play smart.
If booking with golf now you pretty much save 50% so yeah totally worth it
Full 18 with cart = 58 buck !! Excellent value
The tale of two nines
Course was in good condition for all the rain that Edmonton has had. Front 9 easily the better half. Mature trees and fairways. The back nine plays more like a links style course but was wet. Pros are price and conditions. Neg are no driving range no chipping or bunker practice. Low selection shop. But we'll worth 30 bucks to play. Easily walking conditions as well.
Excellent value
Love this friendly course. Golfnow offers phenomenal pricing and exceptional service!!!!
ENJOYABLE COURSE
Good shape, reasonable cost and a good mix of traditional and links layouts.
Great Value!
Course was in good shape, but pace was slow because it got busy about an hour before our tee time.
Too many golfers with lack of eticut and ethics on the course. Marshall's need to be more present on the course.
Twin Willows
This is really 2 - nine whole courses as the front and back are very different. The original back is a mixture of old and new greens with the old greens being smaller and in not very good shape. The new 9 is quite challenging, longer with larger greens. The one thing I thought was frustrating was on the new 9 they have "natural areas" where the grass is crazy long and thick. If your drive misses the fairway by a few feet and you go into these areas it probably lost or unplayable! makes for a slower round as groups are constantly held up looking for balls that really should not be lost!
little gem
Great little course to spend an afternoon on.
